Terms and Conditions:

1). Your site must be a domain or a sub domain hosted by fan sites with at least certain unique visits to your site everyday.

2). We must be affiliated with your site since the layout is free of charge, we expect our site to be on your Elite affiliates section.

3). Credit is a must and please provide a visible link back to Celeb-Graphics[dot]Net.

4). We do not do full layout for sites. We provide Headings and background only.

5). Please do not use our layout for just a day or so just because its free. We expect a solid duration for at least 1 month.

6). We do NOT do layout coding or layout slicing. We do not accept any request as well.

7). Please launch the layout you ordered within a month or I will put the layout up as a pre made.

8). You are not to recreate any layout without our permission, resell the layouts or edit any of the layouts.

If you use our layout and flaunt the rules, your site will be listed on our Hall.Of.Shame.

FAQS . . . about pre made layouts and ordering

Q: Are you sure the layout is free? Do I have to pay for the layout after I use it?

A: Absolutely. No, we will not charge you.

Q: Why are the layouts free?

A: I have some free time now and this is a new site so I'm not charging anybody at the moment.

Q: When will the promotion end? The free stuffs.

A: 13th August 2007.

Q; Do you do layout coding and slicing for sites?

A: Sorry, no.

Q: Can I order a layout from you? I'm not talking about the pre-mades.

A: It depends. If you are a running a site that features a celebrity we have a pre made design[s] on, please consider the premade[s].

Q; After the promotion (free layouts) ends, how much will you charge for a layout?

A: We haven't thought of the exact prices yet, but it's definitely a reasonable price.

Pre order Options:

1). If you just launched a layout but a layout of Celeb-Graphics[dot]Net catches your attention and you want it for your next layout, you can pre-order it first, we will reserve the layout for you. We will remove your pre-order after a month or two if you still haven't put up the layout we reserved especially for you.

2. We allow you to change your pre order layout to other version[s] (if there is) if you want another layout instead of the one you preferred before when you are going to launch it.

3). We will not design another layout for you if you want a new one instead of the one you pre ordered.
